March 01, 2005 Rob McLernon joins 4 Pillars Consulting Group in Halifax NS.

4 Pillars Consulting Group would like to announce the addition of Turnaround Consultant Rob McLernon to the 4 Pillars team in Halifax Nova Scotia.

Rob has recently opened the second 4 Pillars Consulting Group franchise operation in Eastern Canada; servicing individuals and families in Greater Halifax.

4 Pillars Consulting Group has been operating since 2001, and has successfully restructured the debts of over 2500 clients In Western Canada, with settlements averaging 25% of original debts owed. Rob specializes in assisting individuals and families that are experiencing financial crises.

Rob provides a number of services to his clients, including:

• Professional consulting regarding their personal financial situation
• Debt Settlement Assessment
• Evaluation of family budgets

Rob brings a wealth of retail, personal and commercial credit experience to the 4 Pillars Consulting Group. His solution based approach, as well as his strong attention to providing excellent customer service, gives him a unique perspective to the restructuring of a clients debt.

After completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Dalhousie University, Rob began his career with one of North America’s premier financial organizations at their Atlantic regional office in Halifax. After progressing through several positions from operations to sales he was recruited by a major competitor and relocated to Ontario. After less than one year in the Ontario market he was promoted to manage their BC operation in Vancouver. With a strong desire to return to the Maritimes he accepted a position in 1995 to setup the Atlantic finance office in Halifax for Canada’s largest independent leasing and finance company.

Over the next 5 years, through an aggressive sales approach and by providing superior customer service Rob grew the office to be a top performer, consistently surpassing company expectations. After the company was purchased by a large US Based multinational, Rob decided the time was right to further his experience and entered the banking industry with one of Canada’s chartered banks as a commercial loans officer in the Halifax marketplace.

With a focus on helping individuals Rob is an active volunteer in his community with such groups as Seniors, Minor Hockey and the Chamber of Commerce.

Rob joined 4 Pillars in March 2005 in order to best utilize the diverse set of skills and abilities he has acquired throughout his career, with the goal of providing his client's the best solutions to their financial affairs. He also saw the huge potential for success as part of the 4 Pillars team as a franchisee and this as his first step to a better lifestyle as well as financial independence.
